Treepit resin mixed with a graded, chosen natural, recycled aggregate or Krysteline recycled glass provides a decorative, seamless and porous surface around treepits or areas requiring a porous surface. The achieved finish provides a durable surface without the inconvenience of escaping surface aggregate. Therefore preventing the common problem of Treepits becoming a trap for litter or loose aggregate filler being spread across surrounding areas is quickly resolved.
Planting
The tree should be planted and anchored in urban tree soil or similar. The addition of a green leaf root rain precinct irrigator/aerator and green leaf root director is also available.
This virtually maintenance free system is semi permeable allowing water through to the tree roots. It can be applied at various sizes and coloured aggregates and is bonded with a clear PU resin and is laid at a depth of 75mm for foot traffic.

A Plastic matrix system as shown above can be used in traffic areas still allowing water to perforate through but to take the load bearing weight of vehicles.
This gives a natural stone look while still being bonded together.
